6 Beauty Regimes That Must Be Maintained

It’s no secret that being female requires a lot of beauty treatment maintenance. There are 6 beauty treatments that must be maintained on a regular basis to help elevate your look. These will help make you always look put together, even if you don’t feel like it!

One of the worst things is seeing nail polish that is so chipped it should have been taken off weeks ago. Regular manicures should be scheduled every 2-3 weeks. There are so many options for nails these days – regular manicure, Shellac polish, acrylic, gel, powder dip, etc. No matter what you choose, it’s best to pick a type and stick with it. Being indecisive with gel nails and taking them on and off every few months is very damaging to your real nails. I’ve had my gels for years now and have never had any problems with them.

Some may argue this isn’t a priority as summer isn’t a year-round season for most of us. But in the sugar world, daddy will be seeing your toes year-round, so keeping them looking their best becomes a priority. Shellac polish is the best choice for your toes to avoid chipping in between appointments. To save yourself precious time, book your nails and pedicure together in the same appointment. To save yourself some money, get a pedicure every few appointments and opt for a polish change in between. You shouldn’t need a pedicure every few weeks since you use a pumice stone on your feet daily, right?

Facial / Skin Care

Keeping up with a twice-daily skin care routine is better than going in for a facial every few months and hoping that will fix issues you have been ignoring. Cleanse, tone, serum, moisturizer, and eye cream should all be used twice daily – once in the morning and once at night. Exfoliating should be done twice a week to keep skin looking fresh and glowing. Facials are recommended 4 times per year, at the beginning of every season.

In the past few years, this has made its way onto the list as a regular beauty treatment that must be maintained. Whether you have eyelash extensions or go for the lift and tint, lashes are now an integral part of our makeup routine. Extensions must be filled every two weeks, while a lift and tint can last anywhere from 6-12 weeks. There are lots of serums available that can help natural lashes grow. Latisse is one of the strongest on the market and is only available at your doctor’s office or at a medical grade beauty clinic. Eye Envy is a more natural choice and is basically extra vitamins to help your lashes grow.

Even those of you who don’t color their hair or wear extensions, regular maintenance is crucial. Trims are recommended every 2-4 months to keep split ends at bay. Another thing that keeps virgin hair in top shape is Kerastase hair treatments. This magical mist is sprayed onto freshly washed hair, combed out and left to sit for 15 minutes before washing out. It adds moisture and strength and lasts up to 3 weeks of washing. Not all salons carry the Kerastase line, so you’ll need to do some research for salons in your area. Opt for the express treatment with no blow-dry if you looking to save some money.

Waxing / Hair Removal

For those of us not able to do laser hair removal, waxing or other forms of hair removal make the list of beauty treatments that must be maintained. I waxed my bikini and underarms for years before my waxing technician suggested I try an Epilator. An epilator is like a big electronic tweezer that rips the hair out from the root, much like waxing. It’s not pain-free, but it will save you some cash since you do it at home every few weeks. It was one of the best switches I have ever made. No more fighting for after work appointment spots at the salon!

I enjoy going in for these treatments as I find it very relaxing. Even though your Sugar Daddy may not compliment you on these treatments, he will definitely take notice!
