Valentines Day is coming up! Which means a lot of you Sugar Babes may soon be hosting Daddy to celebrate. Whether the occasion be the first time he’s come over or a regular occurrence treat him to the meal when he’s earned something special. Have no fear if you are a cooking novice. This simple meal could make Gordon Ramsey smile and is incredibly easy to make! This should make it easy to host the perfect evening with Daddy.
- Near East Roasted Pepper & Basil Blend Quinoa
- Red and Green Bell Peppers (1 of each)
- 1 Can Black Beans
Meat-Eaters Bonus: Brown Sugar Glaze or Bourbon Glaze Salmon
Warm the black beans on the stove. If you have a rice cooker the quinoa will be done in a snap! While you’re waiting for these two to cook, slice and dice your bell peppers until they are bite sized. The bell peppers can either be cooked on the stove top or added to the oven if you’re including salmon.
Everything takes 20 minutes or less to cook but you wouldn’t know it taking a bite of your meal. Most importantly, neither will Daddy! Divide the quinoa and the black beans evenly. They should each take up about half of both of your plates. Delicately place a dollop of guac on top of the quinoa. Lay your roasted bell peppers on top of the quinoa as well. The bright colors will compliment the bland-looking grain. If you opted for the salmon, place it in between your quinoa and black beans. Don’t let the gravy from the beans touch the salmon, you don’t want it to permeate the flavor of the salmon.
The best part about this meal is that it is 100% vegan (If you exclude the salmon)! Your Sugar Daddy will be impressed to know a meal so exceptional could be so healthy and animal free! It is one of my favorite meals because it is all good fats, proteins, and veggies!
Relax and Unwind
Are you a chick flick kind of girl? If Daddy doesn’t mind getting a little sentimental a wonderful movie to check out on Netflix is Palm Trees in the Snow. The international film is a true love story that will make you laugh, cry and give you and Daddy plenty of opportunities to stare into each other’s eyes!
Is this a meal you’d like to try? What wine would you pair with it? Do you have another movie suggestion? Let us know in the comments and help a fellow Sugar Baby out!
