Whether you’re exclusive with your Sugar Daddy or not keeping your intimate parts happy and healthy is essential. Here are some tips to a happier genitalia, and a happier you! It is all part of sexy, healthy sugar!

The Basics

Cleanliness is next to godliness. I’m not inviting anyone to run a white-gloved finger across the surfaces in my home. Also I’m not one for church. However, basic hygiene can make the difference between feeling like a goddess and using the lord’s name in vain.

I simply use water “down there” for basic maintenance. However I use it regularly and far from frugally. Tom Robbins helps us gals out in “Even Cowgirls Get the Blues.” He reminds us that “the vagina is a self-cleansing organism”. Fiction novel or not, Tom Robbins is wise as always. If you do feel the need to douche make sure it’s mild and pH friendly. I recommend getting one from a health food store. Same goes for wipes and any other products you might be using on those sensitive areas. You don’t want them leaving you dry and irritated.

Cleanliness is also important when it come to your sexual partner. Suggest showering or bathing together if your Sugar Daddy didn’t have time to do so before seeing you.

The Act Itself

It can be difficult to remain clear headed during the throws of passion. A few simple rules can save you from weeks of discomfort.

Remember how you were taught to wipe front to back? The same goes with intercourse. If you’re engaging in any kind of anal play, make sure you never go from back to front. It is ok to penetrate the vagina and then the anus, but if you do so the other way around, you will end up with bacteria in your vagina that doesn’t belong there.

Have lube handy. Being well lubricated helps prevent irritation and other problems that can arise from it. Certain lubes are also antibacterial. Again, make sure the lube is pH friendly and enjoyable to use.

Make sure the condoms you are using are suitable for both of you. If one of you is allergic to latex, there are alternatives out there. Just make sure you educate yourself on them. Some alternatives such as sheep skin will prevent pregnancy but will not protect you from STIs. Also make sure that the lube you are using is compatible with the condoms you are using.

Afterward

Go pee. Don’t jump up instantly after you’ve enjoyed the pleasures of the flesh, but do use the washroom shortly thereafter. Peeing after intercourse is one of the best ways to avoid UTIs. Wipe and clean up so you are free of any excess fluids that may be carrying unwanted bacteria.

If you feel like you may have a yeast infection coming on, you can use tea tree oil to alleviate discomfort and stop the infection from growing. Put some on your finger and apply within. Unless you are severely irritated, this should not burn. You can also purchase probiotics that are vaginal suppositories. These won’t create any added discomfort even if you are more severely irritated.

Inside and Out

Water. Drink it. Lots of it. Drinking it before intercourse will assist in producing your own lubrication and help with moisture you may lose such as sweat. Drink it afterward. Before and after you go pee. Keeping yourself properly hydrated is essential in fighting off any infection.

Maintaining your pH is crucial. Certain acids such as lemons and apple cider vinegar turn alkaline in your body. Add lemon to your water or do a shot of apple cider vinegar in the morning and/or before bed. This is especially helpful if you’ve overindulge in alcohol and desserts which both spike the acidity of your body. What you put in your mouth affects your garden of Eden. Chose wisely what you bite into.

Eat flora friendly foods. Sauerkraut, kefir, kimchi, miso, and kombucha are some examples. If you like pickles, purchase the ones without any added vinegar. The white vinegar is there to extend shelf-life and is actually harmful to your flora.

I also take probiotics daily. I use the female formula with cranberries for urinary tract health. I take the probiotics as well as eating fermented foods because though the fermented foods balance out your pH, the probiotics do this as well as grow new colonies of good bacteria in your digestive tract.

What you wear under there matters. Of course you want to wear whatever you feel sexiest in for your Sugar Daddy. But when you’re not romancing, your yoni loves lose breathable cotton. And nothing at all while you sleep. If you’re spending the night but not packing an extra bag, slip a pair of clean panties in your purse along with a travel toothbrush.

When In Doubt

Get checked. Not sure what that funky smell is or why your discharge has changed color? Have a burning itch that just keeps on burning? Go get tested. It may be nothing more than a bacterial change, but it’s better safe than sorry. Be sweet to yourself, so you can stay sweet for your Sugar Daddy!
