The idea of having a bath waiting for him sounds nice, but you don’t want it to get too cold before he’s even able to get in it; so I suggest start it as soon as he gets home and let him enjoy his drink while the tub fills.

It can help your daddy deal with stress but above that, it can also help him keep a record of events for everything. He can detail when he talked to people, what they talked about, and everything. A journal can be used as a legal document, which means that you both should be keeping ones just to be safe and help beat stress.

We all know sex helps with stress relief, right? Well, help daddy out with a little sexy time and not only will it be great for both of you, but it will also help his stress levels and it will be good for you and your relationship with daddy. Sounds like an all-around winner to me.

Yoga is awesome for everyone and it is amazing how much it can help you ease tension you didn’t even know that you might have but it’s more than that. Some essential oils are said to help with stress and help calm us. Some people swear by them, others think they are a load of bull; either way, I’ll leave that up to you and daddy to decide, but lavender, lemon, and yuzu are all awesome at helping to reduce and fight stress.
The Right Snacks can Help
There are a lot of foods out there that contain stress-fighting nutrients. This might not be something that can ease stress right away, but a healthy diet with lots of water, nuts and seeds, blueberries, leafy greens, and salmon are going to be beneficial for daddy to help keep his stress levels low.
